Responsibilities:

• 1. Manage social media accounts.
• 2. Generate clever content ideas that appeal to the target audience across different platforms.
• 3. Scheduling content calendar and publishing content regularly.
• 4. Moderating, and responding to messages, comments, and reviews.
• 5. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• 6. Collaborate with the design team, marketing team to provide required support.
• 7. More tasks would include bulk data management, data searching and sorting, email handling, administrative tasks.
• 8. Ad hoc tasks and support as needed to address any additional requirements or challenges that may arise throughout the project duration.
