Job Description
Responsibilities:
Utilize the NoChannel Portal proficiently for configuration and navigation.
Navigate and understand NoChannel Portal user documentation and API documentation.
Configure NoChannel Portal comprehensively to meet client requirements.
Scrape data from the web using scripts and write scripts for data ingestion into our system.
Prepare slide decks and sales pitches tailored to individual client needs.
Conduct customer research to understand their specific requirements.
Make changes to the frontend (preferably in Angular or any other JavaScript framework) for customization purposes.
Prepare demo data sets according to each potential client's domain.
Create personalized demos instead of generic templates for potential clients from various industries.
Take full ownership of creating demos and provide support till the end.
Job Specification
Requirements:
2+ years of relevant experience in technical sales engineering or a similar role.
Experience in web scraping and writing scripts for data ingestion.
Proficiency in frontend development, preferably in Angular or any other JavaScript framework.
Proficiency in HTML and CSS to make changes on the frontend side.
Experience working with REST APIs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when interacting with stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering is preferred.
Proven ability to prepare customized slide decks, sales pitches, and demo data sets.
