Job Description
ID Logix is looking to hire Night Call Center Agents to join our team in Pattoki. As a Night Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers with inquiries and concerns regarding our telecommunications services.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
- Making outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns or issues
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints
- Updating customer accounts and information in the database

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM systems
