• Introduce Advans Pakistan Microfinance Bank to the targeted population
• Achieve assigned monthly / annual Targets.
• To assist the clients for loan application
• To conduct loan appraisal and collect detailed information (personal, business, guaranties) on field
• Present loan request at the loan committee
• To monitor loan portfolio and to ensure timely repayment.
• Maintain regular contact with clients by frequent field visits
• To follow-up the prospects by regular contact with the identified potential clients
• To propose new products and services to current clients
• Ensure outstanding service is provided to each customer by maintaining solid product knowledge and adherence to policies and procedures
• To keep complete and detailed documentation on each client
• Report all issues related to the job to immediate Supervisor
