Job Description
Hands on experience on managing various Human Resource functions;
- Performance Management: Supporting the team in conducting Performance Appraisal
- Recruitment: Schedule and conduct interviews, issue offer letter to the selected candidates, collect documents, maintain the employee database and prepare final settlement of those employees who decide to separate /retire
- Employee Relations: Handling employee enquiries & grievances, handling EOBI and Social Security procedures etc
- Compensation and Benefits: Handling monthly payroll and performing a wide variety of related activities
- Other daily routine tasks
