• The Resource should be having minimum 5 year experience in managing websites/portal, developing web pages and web services using .NET Technologies.
• Experience developing, launching and managing a Content Management System. Experience delivering library focused web resources.
• Professional standards-based web development using ASP.Net, AJAX, MVC, HTML5/DHTML, CSS, JavaScript , JQuery , JSON, XML
• .NET based language (C#, VB.Net)
• Good Experience in .Net Framework 4.0+
• Experienced in Web Services, API, Object Oriented Design, WCF, BizTalk and Workflows Foundation with experience working in high transactional sites.
• Good development , Projects experience in SQL server, Stored Procedures, triggers, views, indexes & Tables
• Experience using Visual Studio 2013
• Experienced of security standards and techniques for web applications
• Experienced with SVN, Github and TFS etc.
• Expertise in the design, implementation, and deployment of user-centric software, with focus on usability.

• Design and code technical solutions.
• Create well designed, reusable objects.
• Create efficient and logical databases.
• Create and execute project work plans, revising as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Communicate and enforce best practice coding standards.
• Consistently deliver high-quality services on schedule.
• Ability to scale the solution to the required goals.

• Good database knowledge specifically.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date information and availability trends through information sources and fulfill all reporting requirements of all relevant government rules and regulations.
• Direct preparation and distribution of electronic, written, and verbal information to inform employees of project progress and related issues and risks.
• Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning project under his/her supervision
