· Coordinate, promote and supervise events and services to meet the concern department needs of the community and to achieve the objectives of project.
· Prepares and reviews statistical and analytical reports of program activities, services and events; gathers and compiles data for reports.
· Facilitate project partners, (MSP, related District Government officials) during their visit of project related activities.
· Establish good working relationship with the staff and other project stakeholders
· To conduct supportive supervision routinely and whenever it is required, clarify the particular assignments of the staff, to guide them towards improved performance and encouraging them to work with confidence.
· She/he is the responsible to prepare supervisory plans and establish a supervisory system particularly BCC

· Ensure the submission of all relevant reports timely to concerned office and direct staff in developing and presenting reports professionally.
· Develop good liaison with project stakeholders.
· Supervise staff in accordance with organization policies and procedures.
· Submit monthly, quarterly and annually reports of respective assignments to the concerns.
· Have knowledge of Urban WASH and in other relevant areas such as Community Development.
· Manage assessments and baseline studies in coordination with the clusters (i.e. WASH, Health) and other relevant actors in the area
· Excellent writing Skills, Good communication Skills, Management and Computer skills.
