- Get the sales target acheieved by the team.
- Achieve his own sales target assigned by the company.
- Be available to affect the entirety of the team’s operations.
- Take calls that your agents can’t handle and be available when an agent appears
to need assistance.
- Motivate and encourage agents through positive communication and feedback
- Disseminate new product information to the agents.
- Discuss a sales theme or point-of-interest topic for the agents.
- Perform at least one monitoring evaluation with each agent every week.
- Keep track of attendance, daily statistics, paid time off, sick time, etc.
- Present to the Project Manager at end of each week a breakdown of the next week’s
monitoring assignments and a plan for the team.
- Create a detailed plan of the way in which you plan to impact your team’s day-
by-day performance
- Recruit new staff and schedule existing staff to meet service level objectives.
- Interview and hire staff. Assess needs/plan ahead.
- Develop schedules with agents each month to ensure call center objectives are
covered.
- Work with management on refining and scheduling appropriate training sessions.
- Develop training documents that support call center operations.
- Should be puctual
- Should have good english commnunication skills
- Should be able to make sales
- Should have prior experience of US campaigns
It will be 6 hours job in evening timings.
