Configuring and deployment of Domain environment on clients.
To manage and troubleshoot IT infrastructure.
Setup and configure Print Server and File server for different departments.
Setup and maintenance of NT/ Server user accounts, permissions and passwords.
Researches, resolves, and responds to questions received via telephone, emails, and call backs. Logs call data and trouble tickets into a central database or help desk system.
Configuring deployment and firmware upgrades of Cisco and Polycom VOIP phones.
Dealing with Networks related issues like proxy and port error.
Dealing with CCTV cameras configuration and video recording.
Assist in the development of system documentation and softwareβs licensing.
Provides regular continuous improvement ideas and solutions to increase the effectiveness of support services.
Uses technical expertise to provide accurate solutions to users in a timely manner.
Provides high degree of courteous and helpful customer service at all times.
Conducts regular trend analysis, documents, and reports results.
Recommends systems modifications and updates to reduce client issues.
Accuracy in reporting and meeting deadlines
Special projects as assigned by supervisor and leadership
Attend weekly, daily and monthly Team meetings
-2 years degree in IT-related area or equivalent work experience.
-Working knowledge and experience of troubleshooting Windows & MAC operating system issues.
-Support knowledge and experience of Windows (8/10) environment.
-Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
-Strong problem solving and research skills.
-Ability to acquire and maintain a working knowledge of a wide range of applications and systems.
