Wali Systems (Pvt) Limited is looking to hire an experienced Technical lead for its Lahore office. Wali Systems is a multinational software development company headquartered in Maryland, USA. We are looking for a talented IT project manager who has pure IT background (degree in computer science from a reputable institution).

As a team lead, s/he will be responsible for: (1) managing the scope, cost and staff (2) solidifying the technical approach to develop and implement (3) communicating with the clients in the US (4) incorporating quality control to ensure project success and client satisfaction (5) developing concrete and actionable plans, presenting ideas/solutions to clients, and reporting to clients and employer.

Experience

1. Experience with system analysis, design, documentation, and testing

2. Experience of leading a team

3. Experience of successfully managing software projects

1. Has excellent communication and English speaking and writing skills

2. Can wear multiple hats when needed

3. Has experience of leading a team of developers

4. Who is a team player and can gel with other members of the team or with other teams

5. Who is interested in mentoring junior team members

6. Who has built enterprise level software applications

7. Who understands what project management is and can use latest project management tools and technologies

8. Who can follow processes and methodologies

9. Who has experience in using popular tools, technologies and frameworks like PHP, WordPress, etc

10. Who can take responsibility and work independently with minimal supervision
