KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
Oversee overall operations of Factory includes Production, Purchasing, Maintenance, Quality
Control, Machine Repairing and Maintenance etc.
Oversee overall operations of warehouses
Manage and liaise with Govt. Departments
Coordinate with suppliers
Disburse salary of Factory staff
Oversee timely submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports to Head Office
Manage all disputed matters of staff, workers and parties for smooth functioning of the
operations of factory
Look over the factory’s finances
Execute system for the factory and warehouses to be more systematic and organized
In charge of interviewing, screening and hiring new workers and employees in consultation
with supervisor
Ensure that safety regulations and policies are implemented among the factory workers
Take responsibility of all the activities occurring in the factory and warehouses
Ensure good relationships among the workers and that there are equal treatment applied to
them.
In charge both in the administrative and managerial aspects
Ensure the documentation to be done for all the processes
Ensure the maintenance and security of assets of the factory and warehouses
Supervise and ensure maintenance of warehouses and their records
Oversee and manage construction works related to factory, office, warehouses etc
Liaise and assist auditors to ensure safe and up to date record and materials bookkeeping
Liaise with HR in implementing company policies
Any other work assigned by management
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Has at least a bachelor’s degree in any course
Experience: At least 5 years of relevant work experience
Should have good leadership skills, interpersonal relationship and communication skills both
in oral and written and motivations to every worker to do their best at work
Should be good decision makers, analytical, logical, open-minded and can practice equality
Possess an outstanding managerial skill and excellent in multi-tasking
The working environment of a factory manager is in office, factory and warehouses. They
are expected to work in a regular weekday and holidays. Factory managers may work beyond
the basic working hours due to some work related tasks that are needed to be done in a day.
