Need business development officers for a carrer portal . Who can persue employers to post their jobs on that portal.

Key Functions:

• Lead Generation
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
• Achieve monthly targets
• Any other task assigned by the management.
• Guide clients technical expects.

Skills Required:

• Outgoing and able to effectively connect with prospects
• Comfortable with selling to a wide range of prospects
• A problem-solver with a strong desire to serve the customer first
• Exceptional time management, prospecting and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers in a competitive environment.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, written communication, with excellent follow-up skills.
• Knowlege of IT and IT products
• Meticulous approach to detail and record keeping
• Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently. Ability to be creative while performing in a fast-paced work environment.
• Highly motived and results driven.

Preferable Candidate:

• Previous experience in a service role, to include direct interaction with customers/companies
• Experience working within the marketing/sales industry
• Have an existing network that encompasses It companies, Govt sector , Factories and other restaurants, beauty salons, Real Estate Industry, wedding halls, malls etc.
• Have own conveyance.

Remuneration:

• Basic Salary.
• Travelling and Mobile Allowance.
• Monthly Commission on Sales.
• Quarterly Bonus on performance.
