Operation Manager:
1. be responsible for daily operation maintenance of the social applications/short video and team management, can accurately identify and understand the user requirements, timely solve the problem of users;
2. Perfect operation system, carries on the overall planning about the business of short video/social applications to do fulfillment, responsible for the result of the operation;
3. Established operation specification, daily management, in a timely manner deal with breaking and hot event/news, including event planning, data analysis, user’s analysis;
4. Combined with the operation and data analysis results to adjust operation strategy, can accurately grasp the project objectives and timeline to smooth implementation of the project;
5. Coordinate project with product team and technical team, provide product improvement strategy;
Operations specialist:
1. Daily collecting user feedback and advice to assist the product department to promote product optimization, to achieve the user viscosity, activity and retention indicator;
2. Responsible for VIP users’ daily operation work can accurately identify and understand the user needs and clearly expression;
3. through the analysis of user behavior targeted planning operation plan, promotion activity;
4. Analyze and research of different types of user groups, further study of user behavior, and output the related research report;
5. Assist in developing the user operation strategy, targeted planning user activation, recall, conversion rate and is responsible for implement;
