Job Description
Managing the payroll process & ensure timely & correct disbursement of monthly salary Managing the payroll process & ensure timely & correct disbursement of monthly salary .
Sharing payslips of employees on monthly basis
Managig employees separation benefits i.e Final settlements, loan processing.
Preparing EOBI and ESSI sheets on monthly basis of all stations.
Processing medical claims of employees to insurance company.
Managing the Rewards operations and ensuring the delivery of agreed objectives. Resolve policy issues arising from the day to day management of the Reward StrategyManaging the Rewards operations and ensuring the delivery of agreed objectives. Any other task related to this job as assigned from time to time.
