Job Description

Responsible to develop Standard Operating Procedures of whole Supply Chain Process

Direct the activities of all functions involved in the purchasing, raw material store, production operations, warehousing, and logistics to ensure on time production and delivery of every order to customer(s).

Do weekly 15 minutes meeting with CEO for getting approval on weekly production planning.

Develop good personal relationship with major suppliers to reduce supplier bargaining and enhancing friendly environment with supplier

Ensure timely and quality import material for further production process.

Ensure minimum inventory in raw material stores by daily checking the reports of raw material inventories and take immediate actions if inventory become low to fulfill the needs of any production order.

Daily checking the reports related to production divisions and in case of any bottle neck, call Incharge Production and direct him for further actions to immediately resolve the issues.

Quarterly ensure periodic machine and mold maintenance as per maintenance calendar.

Responsible to guarantee smooth operations of finished goods logistics

Directly responsible to resolve customer matters on immediate basis.

Responsible to reduce or eliminate employees blame game in supply chain division so that organization achieves its goals in a successful manner.

Develop and manage yearly departmental budgets and ensure a proper compliance with it

Do performance evaluation and conduct quarterly meetings for performance feedback of the direct reportees. As well as conduct time to time performance monitoring sessions (as & when required)

Developing department staff through formal and informal coaching, counseling & mentoring sessions.

Any other task directly related to Supply Chain Management.
