Job Description
- Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
- Update accounts receivable, accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal, company accounting, and financial guidelines.
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
- Assist accounts Lead in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
- Assist with other accounting projects..
- Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles.
- Prepare periodic reports as and when required by management.
- Prepare budgets and monitor expenditures.
- Any other task assigned by Manager.
Job Specification
- B.Com, MBA-Finance, M.Com,
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- CMA partly qualified
- Experience min 2 years, preferably of a Ltd Company or CA Firm.
