- Greet and welcome guests
Complete Handling of Employee cards of client.
HR Related Calls handling.
- Maintain Data for Medical Cards and Medical Cases.
- Other tasks are documents Scanning, data extraction, interview calls & Employment verification.
- Recruitment
- Client Coordination
- Database Handling (client).
- Placing job ads in newspaper, job portals, online groups etc.
- Short listing the right candidates according to the need of the job.
- Calling candidates for an interview.
- Conduct the initial interview.
- Schedule interviews and panel meetings
- Prepare letters and documents( Termination/Warning/NOC/Experience/Joining/Account Opening Letters)
- Maintaining record of Resumes for future needs
- Maintaining leave records of employees.
- Listening to employees grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures, if necessary.
- Performs other related duties as required
- Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
Answer questions and address complaints
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
Keep updated records and files
Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
Proficient in English (oral and written)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Managing Employment Documentation of client and Other company Outsourcing Staff.
