Key Responsibilities:

• Screening candidates through telephonic interview.
• Schedule candidates for the interview by aligning with departments
• Collect educational documents & professional certificates for personnel files.
• Prepare Joining forms and Orientation Kit for new coming employees .
• Maintain personnel's File of existing/ new employees
• Maintain CV Data Bank.
• Maintain Human Resource Data Base of candidates ( Shortlisted/Hold/ Rejected)
• Job posting on social media platforms.

• Strong communication verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi task and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong command over MS Word, Excel and Power point
