Querylogics is looking for young, proactive and energtic Call Support Representatives to join our world-class team. This is a job opportunity for someone who speaks English well (because you will be speaking with American clients), is smart, meets our requirements and can work during night hours.

Roles and Responsibility:

• Communicate with customers through calls / emails and assist them with their inquiries.
• Redirect calls / emails to the concerned departments.
• Register complains on the allocated system to get the concerned department to contact the customer.
• Handling outbound calls.
• Maintain the required quality for the process.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English Language is a MUST
• Graduate / Under graduate
• Good communication skills
• Customer Service Experience would be preferred
• Proficient in MS Office with good typing skills
• Available to start immediately
