The Export Import Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the timely processing and communication of export and import of orders. Manages order process end-to-end including invoicing, documentation and transportation. Multitask and prioritize to meet customer requirements while resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
Manage weekly Open Order Report and communicate the status of orders to customers
Process email orders for all drop ship markets and assist customers in determining optimal mode of transportation to meet in market requirements
Perform invoicing and creation of all documentation to support exportation of order
Execute shipment booking with freight forwarders and act as liaison with the DC for timely processing and communication with all necessary parties
Communicate with customers and address order changes, credit and rebills, or corrections to documentation in a timely manner
Address customer authorizations with Trade Compliance team when needed
Coordinate with Planning for availability of product and communicate to customers based in compliance with company guidelines
Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability and align with Planning for hard allocation of orders
Strong computer skills required (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, amongst other)
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and exhibit excellent follow-up
