• we are an established IT company looking for HR Manager for our Bahria Townn Phase 7 Rawalpindi office
• 3+ years of experience in HR leadership role (Should have Talent Acquisition and Talent Management (Leadership Development, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement experience)
• HR Expereince relevant to IT industry will be of distinctive advantage
  - Ability to relate to, influence and coach employees at all levels in the organization, experience in executive coaching is good plus
  
  - Proven ability to diagnose problems using strategic thinking skills as well as identify and drive appropriate solutions
  
  - Effective collaboration with a HR team and other teams.
  
  - Strong Project/Program Management Skills
  
  - Effective English communication skills - written, verbal and listening skills
