Operation Manager
GharPar Company, Pakistan

The Operations Assistant Manager will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Support the COO in the day to day management of Operations in Lahore
• Responsible for ensuring service quality control among active beauticians
• Monthly Target Planning and Monitoring
• Conducting monthly meetings with technicians reviewing protocols
• Ensuring interest of the technicians are protected
• Creating monthly performance reports
• Conducting grooming classes once a week
• Liasoning with legal and HR to ensure due diligence in case of breach of contracts
• Ensuring the smooth running of Customer Care on a daily basis
• Conducting monthly meetings with the Customer Care team and maintaining the highest standards for GharPar customer care
• Support HR in the recruitment of more beauticians and improving retention as well

The ideal candidate will have be compassionate and empathetic with a passionate commitment to improving the lives of people, focus on quality and a strong alignment with our core values: leadership, ownership, agile and collaborative.

1. 2-3 years’ experience in field work in the social development/enterprise sector
2. Bachelor’s Degree in social sciences, development studies or any equivalent area of study

• Experience in trouble shooting, problem solving and handling high levels of stress
• Self-starter, project finisher and adaptable, congenial colleague
