Making and serving tea /Cofee to the office staff and guests.

Maintain cleanliness of office equipments and furniture.

Clean office kitchen and utencils on daily basis.

Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels.

Helping the staff in performing their duties.

Responsible for disposal of trash, waste, and other disposable material.

Plan work schedule for all tasks.

Knowledge of office and management techniques.

Knowledge of customer service methods and concepts.

Should be able to tackle the kitchen tasks.
