• Understand the work requirements by ensuring the standard SOPs, work flows and procedures.
• Responsible for direct dealing with customers regarding product specification and sales correspondence.
• Follow up on clients’ deliveries, payments, and receivables.
• Prepare quotations, payment receipts, and process the retail orders.
• Follow up with the design department and other concerned departments for layouts, quotation, and orders for timely revisions.
• Follow up with the accounts department for GDR, and ledger of customers.
• Maintain follow up for delivered items for polishing, fixing, and measurements.
• Look after the display items regarding product display, placement and price tagging.
• Attend complaints, forward to complaint section, keep follow up and resolve the complaints regarding goods and shortage of ordered items.
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
• Research and recommend new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Any other ad hoc responsibilities given by the management from time to time
