We are a web hosting company providing linux and windows based hosting to our local and international clients.

Our clients range from small to large corporates.

We are looking for a client support executive having experiece in managing and providing support on linux and windows hosting. With proper knowledge of linux hosting platform specially WHM and CPANEL and emphasis on pop3, smtp and imap configurations, settings and troubleshooting.

Ideal candidate will work as support executive providing various day to day troubleshooting and support to customers over phone, email or online chat.

Usual day to day work include:

• - troubleshooting emails, pop3, smtp, imap accounts.
• - IP pool black listing and de-listing request to main ip providers.
• - Checking hosting and other related options on the cpanel
• - FTP and uploading of websites
• - Database / my sql connection
• - Password reset / updating on customer request.
