We are looking for someone with entrepreneurial mindset in planning, management and execution of marketing strategies for the assigned
project and day-to-day operations of different marketing roles/functions. The Manager Marketing will also require to monitor, administer
client relationship, client communication, online communication, lead optimization and develop brand, social media content and
any other marketing related function that he is deemed responsible for.
Core Responsibilities & Duties:
- Planning and executing marketing strategies and improving them with changing market trends.
- Managing social media channels of the project and identifying additional social channels to interact with its target
audience.
- Monitoring website analytics and improving the website as per analytics feedback and findings.
- Executing and Managing PPC (display advertising) and Retargeting campaigns for the project.
- Working in close coordination with Project manager to identify and publish the right content for website, blog and social media
channels.
- Bringing in ideas for website improvements and coordinating with the design and development team to implement the improvements
(from marketing perspective).
- Working on improvement of Organic rankings (SEO) in search engines following latest algo updates.
- Planning and executing link building strategy using all resources available over the web 2.0.
- Suggesting improvement in lead generation process and optimizing it to improve the lead-to-customer conversion rate.
- Hunting and pitching news houses and bloggers who might be interested in featuring the assigned project.
- Monitoring feedbacks from existing customers on service delivery improvements areas and to implement the βpossibleβ
customer suggestions.
- Optimizing positive reviews by customers and using them on different social / web channels to drive traffic.
- Evaluating current trends of email marketing (news letter), Reviewing existing process to maximize click though rate. Developing schedule
calendar for various offerings and find ways for improvements.
- Analyzing data, recommendations regarding customer behavior, web analytics, market research and PROBLEM Solving (a troubleshooter).
- Require excellent English writing skills.
