• Hire for various technology stacks and engineering roles; entry, mid and senior level positions
• In-depth understanding of the business functions and provide proactive solutions to ensure staffing goals and deadlines are met
• Taking care of On-boarding & Exit of employees
• Maintaining Employee Records in both soft & hard form
• Managing HRMS/HRIS for Attendance, Leaves, Performance Appraisals & Payroll
• Contribute building a better workplace and organizational culture
• Handling employee grievances and other queries

• Minimum 3 Years of experience in the capacity of HR Generalist
• Must have prior experience of working in a software company for atleast an year
• Strong grip and proven record of technical recruitment
• Must have prior experience of processing the Payroll through HRMS/HRIS
• Hands on experience with HR Operations
• Expertise in making the policies for the best of company
