We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Sales Professional/ Tele Sales Executive to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads over the phone and other mediums and maintaining good customer relationships.
You must be an excellent communicator and good knowledge of Software services and IT industry. Must have worked in software sales cycle and familiar with the software processes.
Responsibilities
Cold call and Email potential or existing customers for Jouple products and services.
Answer questions about products or services of the company.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and qualify leads
Direct qualified leads to the Business Development Manger
Work with the Business Development Manger to close any Sales Opportunities
Enter and update customer information in the CRM
Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Must have Software industry background and familiar with the software sales.
Proven experience as Business Development/ Telesales executive or other sales/customer service role
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and soft phones.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Excellent knowledge of English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
