1. Communication with Customers regarding their developments of Samples, Purchase Orders, Prices, Inspections, Shipments and Payments
2. Making Cost Break ups in their own formats to differentiate the cost (Fabrication , Processing , Cutting & Sewing , Over heads etc)
3. Approval of all trims, accessories, fabric with coloration and quality before production
4. Getting approval of Final Samples and pre-production samples prior to Production.
5. Providing all instructions to Production Depart regarding Products and other planning
6. Providing Specifications, tech pack and approved samples to production.
7. Developing samples from Samples Department after making proper trial from GGT Patterns
8. Sampling, Fabric and trims Purchasing and Production Follow Up.
9. Ensure to complete the production with customer’s specification within time frame.
10. Ensure to complete the production with the quality standard by customer.
11. Providing shipping Instructions by coordinating with the Export department.
12. Planning and complete follow-up of audits & shipment documents.
13. Responsible for follow up of Inspections, Shipments, order execuation and Payments

1. Must have sound Knowledge of Sporswear Garments
2. Must have sound Knowledge of Fabric, accessories, Trims
3. Strong communication & Corresponding Skills
4. Strong Grip on MS - Office & ERP Software
5. Problem Solving Skills
