- Check grammar, language, factual errors and rewrite the resume for the post the candidate has applied; emphasising skills and achievements of the candidates.

- Choose the right type of format for every candidate as a resume must be tailored to the specific needs of each employer.

- Keep track of the job industry and its requirements.

- Work on multiple projects at once and serve a number of clients simultaneously (making each feel as though his/her project is the most important).
