Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Instructor recruiting and management: Hire and Develop team members who can effectively deliver training virtually across the global from the Karachi office for wide range of technology skill sets
- Instructor rating and quality metrics:
- Develop training plans for the staff to ensure high quality training
- Overall responsible to increase quality metrics
- Scheduling:
- Instructor schedule optimization – work with the instructor schedule manager and optimize the high value and instructor TA.
- Working with sales and marketing to develop and maintain training schedule
- Ensure optimal class occupancy
- Optimizing Quick Start Academy:
- Create Instructor certification program
- Create an instructor onboarding and training program to increase quality and learning standards
- Teaching: Teach technology related courses around 50% of the time
- Course Approvals: Interface with regulatory compliance to manage course approvals
Job Specification
Job Requirements:
- Experience in two of the following technology areas:
- Database administration
- System administration
- Application development
- Networking
- At least 10 years of professional experience in technology and / operations.
- At least 3 years of experience in leading a team and demonstrable ability for team development.
- MCT is a plus.
- Having a good network of technical experts is a plus.
- Data Science and Project Management experience is essential.
- Excellent analytical skills.
