We're looking for individuals to join a dynamic team and be a part of a new wave of CSR in Islamabad.
Responsibilities include:
1) Answers incoming customer calls regarding product problems, service questions and general customer concerns.
2) Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
3) Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies Required
4)Delivering information to people who are trying to approach us.
5) Punctuality and Being on time is requisite
note: 1 month probation period
