Sale and marketing of Project properties, Contracts, Machinery etc.
Sale of Company's Machinery should have good experience and understanding of Heavy Machinery and its related terms.
Pursuing potential clients
Keeping querries record and tracking
To explore marketing opportunities for the company's Projects etc. etc.
Overseeing contractors and keeping work progress log
Job Specification
Our firm is seeking a young energetic person who can make sales by marketing them including property & Machinery etc.
A person having good marketing sense, honesty & confidence will be preferred.
Should have a very good communication skill for sale especially Real Estate as well other on Sale units such as Machinery etc.
Good at the computer and others modern gadgets.
Should have bike and Car both driving abilities and license
Should have experience in dealing with private and public clients.
Must have good sense in keeping record on paper and file loging.
Basic Salary is given but will have a bonus on meeting targets too after probation.
Bike driving is mandatory/ MUST.
