Job Description
We are looking for an analytical and perceptive professional who is a skilled communicator and able to collaborate with various teams. Current knowledge of SEO practices and techniques is essential to this role. We need SEO Expert, must have at least 2 to 3 years experience, candidate must be confident to deliver result and technically very sound.
• Develop and execute successful SEO strategies
• Strong knowledge of ON-PAGE and Off-Page SEO Factors
• Provide recommendations and execute/manage strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific
• Strong skills of driving targeted traffic and making sales conversions
• Must have sound technical knowledge and knowledge about latest trends in SEO
• Must be able to identify technical SEO issues within sites
• Excellent Keyword research, analyses and competitor research skills
• Should have the ability to handle project independently, develop white hat and effective strategy in place
• Should know latest back linking techniques that are effective
• Should have good expertise in social media
• Develop and implement link building campaigns
• Optimize internal linking structures to maximize our keyword portfolio rankings
• Provide recommendations for META data, headings, internal links and URLs
• Develop, manage and execute communication/content strategies via social communities in coordination with client goals
• Implement and administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools)
• Monitor and analyze SEO statistics such as redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and others.
• Manage all aspects of the agency’s SEO offering, including on-site techniques, link building, blogging, content marketing, online PR, technical SEO – crawl errors, data mark up, xml sitemaps etc
• Execute strategic link building techniques, ongoing local and citation management, link profile optimization, and content optimization in accordance with Google’s Webmaster Guidelines
• Work with social media and PPC teams to optimize campaigns
• Implement and administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools)
Job Specification
• Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
• SEO Techniques/Audit
• Proven experience as SEO Executive
• Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends)
• Experience with SEO reporting
• High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
