We are looking for Call and Chat Representatives to respond to customer’s request for live online sales chats/calls for our Karachi based office.
1) Respond to customers on chat/emails and calls
2) Suggest, promote and guide clients on Placing Orders, Task Handling, Refunds and Deliveries. 3) Use decision-making skills in responding for clients
4) Maintain client relationship for business and help the sales team in achieving target
5) Requirements (Education): O-Level / A-Level / Intermediate / Bachelors
6) Ability to respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries via the live chat program.
7) Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
8) Communicate timely correspondence back to customers, track and resolving any issues regarding product.
