• Open cash vault and count the same to ensure amount is correct as per last working day ledger.
• Properly handle PKR & FC cash.
• Sort and count currency and coins.
• Double check currency count for every transaction execution.
• Check remittance reciepts while making payments.
• Check FC bills while currency exchange payments.
• Maintain transaction record.
• Maintain PKR & FC cash denomination.
• Reconcile cash in case of any difference.
• Close the day end PKR & FC cash with zero difference and assign ledger along with counter signature of senior.
• Maintain day end cash in vault under supervision of senior officer.
• Answer the internal / external auditor queries.
