You Would be responsible for the following:
Posting of Jobs
Carrying out Telephonic Interviews
Setting up and be involved in Face-to-face interviews
Ensuring the existing company policies are implemented
Development of Policies that are mutually aligned with the interest of business & Employees
You will be required to create value for the company by identifying the loopholes
Managing the in-house developed Portal of Employees
You will be responsible for the employee payroll
You must be able to submit Employee Tax returns and deal with all such matters
You should have a very pro-active approach
You should be able to work and learn on your own
You should be proficient in English - A Must
You should have excellent communication skills
You must be a quick learner
You should be competent in MS suite
