Job Description

The Manager Digital Marketing assists the team in the planning, management and execution of marketing strategies for the assigned brand and day-to-day operations of different marketing functions. The Manager Marketing will also monitor, administer and manage the website, client relationship, client communication, online communication, lead optimization, brand content, social media and any other marketing related function that he is deemed responsible for, on the course of his role for the assigned brand.

Job Specification

Core Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Managed TMRC's digital properties including the website and TMRC's blog, and coordinated TMRC's social media presence, including LinkedIn and Facebook.

• Manage the right mix of content to support integrated campaigns, including outbound emails, campaign landing pages, webinars, infographics, and social media.

  • Spearheaded a redevelopment project that introduced a responsive platform decreasing page load.
  • Work cross-functionally to build result-driven digital campaigns across our lines of business (Core IT & Financial Services)
  • Develop and manage strategy and budget for all paid digital media with the goals of increasing awareness and driving profitable sales. This includes acting as agency lead throughout strategy and execution process.
  • Manage our online footprint to grow our followership and ensure that engaging and compelling content is updated on a regular basis.
  • Regularly update KPIs and dashboards demonstrating our performance; analyze results and provide learnings and recommendations on how to improve the performance of new campaigns and concepts
  • Serve as the expert on our third party digital platforms and tools; stay on the pulse of which tactics and tools are new and emerging to improve our online presence
  • Actively seek out tools that increase our capabilities.
  • Developed a product demonstration campaign resulting in identified opportunities.
  • Created company's integrated online B2B marketing plan.
  • Recognize emerging trends at conferences, bringing technology and ideas to company for brand leaders.
  • Coordinated the marketing team on creative campaigns and programmatic buying to support digital cross-promotion efforts, including email campaigns, Facebook promotions, outreach and marketing initiatives for an improved end-user experience.

• Proven web analytical skills (measurement, ROI, forecasting).

  • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent combination of education e.g. Mass communication, Marketing Sciences or Computer Science.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing and understanding of marketing concepts with a strong technical aptitude
  • Have 3 years+ marketing experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • SEO, email marketing, social media and UX knowledge required
  • Highly creative and proactive with experience in managing vendor relationships and ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical environments
  • Excellent grasp of website analytics tools.
  • Possess experience devising an implementing marketing campaigns and strategies and be able to report findings and outcomes accordingly.
  • Experience creating and writing promotional briefs.

• Strong knowledge of direct marketing and CRM.
