Job Summary:
Overall responsibility is to Manage Booking Office operations i.e Customer handling, Booking and Allocation Payment Receiving and Feeding, bridge the gap between PSMCL & dealerships through Implementation of smooth coordination.
Regular Job Responsibilities:
Managing Booking Office operations.
Booking and Allocation Payment Receiving.
Booking and Allocation Payment Feeding.
Communication with dealerβs representatives.
Vehicles Invoice sorting and distributions.
Team Work and Collaboration with marketing staff.
Assisting DSM in Sales / Marketing reports.
Ensure timely submission of Monthly Reports.
Record Management of Bookings / Payment documents.
Periodic Job Responsibilities:
To assist in sales operation.
Education, Age and Experience Requirements:
B.com / B.A / BSc with minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience
Maximum 28 years of age.
