Job Description
A Leading Fashion Apparel Orgalnization based at S.I.T.E - Karachi is urgent looking for HR Officer - Payroll Segment to join it HR Department for follwoing tasks;
1. To prepare the operational aspects of payrolls processing and associated activities, including salary disbursement, leave
management and reporting are accurate and delivered within appropriate timeframes.
2. To verify and prepare departmental overtime.
3. To prepare full and final settlements.
4. To Maintain and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee.
5. To manage staff ID records including bio metric and issuance of ID to new employees.
6. To issue Loan & Advance vouchers through software.
7. To maintain replacement and Ex-employees data base.
8. To deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
9. Any other duties assigned by the management which are equal or similar to the responsibility level.
Job Specification
- MBA - HR or Finance prefered.
- Must have Industrial or Manufacturing Industry exposure.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to details.
