Experience: Minimum experience of 1 year in sales shall be preferred. However, fresh graduates may also apply for the position
Package: Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 25,000 (PLUS Accommodation and Meals)

Description:
Arcadian Hotel & Resorts (Private) Limited is an Islamabad-based company that is operating three luxury boutique resorts in the Kaghan Valley and in Murree.
The company is currently looking for suitable candidates to fill vacancies for the position of Sales Executive at its Head Office in Islamabad.
It is essential that candidates demonstrate a firm sense of commitment to Arcadian Hotels & Resorts (Private) Limited and that they will commit to work for the company for at least one full year. Applicants must be team players who are willing to follow instructions from their supervisors and senior management and who can also perform independently when needed. Honesty, good communication skills and a pleasant personality are also critical attributes that will be considered when selecting candidates.
Job Specification
Responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Identifying and contacting potential governmental, non-governmental and corporate clients to generate business for the company’s three resorts;
- Communicating with organisations and individuals who contact the Arcadian booking office to respond to, and to process, their various booking requests;
- Preparing and sending out booking forms for various clients, and following up with those clients to confirm their bookings;
- Corresponding with the company’s various partner tour operators to process their reservations;
- Following up with clients and tour operators to ensure timely receipts of payments against their bookings;
- Maintaining accurate booking records for all three resorts to ensure that no wrong or double bookings are made.
