Microsoft Office 365 Technologist

As a Office 365 Technologist, you will provide top-notch support to Microsoft customers over the phone. We are looking for an individual with Excellent Verbal and Written ENGLISH and Experience of Working with U.S Customer
Expected Salary: 60-100K

Knowledge & Abilities: Must Have
Excellent+ verbal and written English proficiency is required; you will be working with our Customer base in U.S. Apply only if you are confident with your communication
Problem-solving ability, creativity to "think-outside-the-box", proven track record in proposing and implementing new solutions for customers.
Self-initiative, Self-Learner, customer-focused, self-motivated, and resourceful and high attention to detail.
Technology Hands-On Required: Good to Have
Office 365 and Azure Technologies. Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, One Drive
