Data Analyst
Tile Mountain, Pakistan

The successful candidate will have exceptional data analytical capability and able to export, manipulate,
and provide reports into Excel/SQL Server Studio Manager. Must be advanced in the use of Excel and
MS Suite and have a proven background in data analysis. SQL experience would be an advantage but
not essential. You must be very organized and have laser-sharp attention to detail.
You will need to able to convey complex information clearly and concisely and have excellent
communication skills and remain calm under pressure.
It is a varied role, meeting the needs of a changing, rapidly expanding business.

Key Role Requirements

1. Interpret data, analyze the results and provide regular/ad-hoc reports both internally and externally as required in a variety of formats
2. Acquire data from primary and secondary sources and match/cross-check, fix and provide reports as required
3. Filter and clean inventories and provide reports in an agreed format
4. Support acquisitions and be part of the data transfer team and assist in mapping data accordingly
5. Processing monthly and weekly KPI reports on business performance
6. Provide training and support to internal staff members
7. Mine and analyse large datasets, draw valid inferences and present them successfully to management using reporting tools

Candidate Requirements

• Technical expertise regarding data analysis and data mapping models
• Strong analytical skills to collect, organize, analyze, report and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Very quick learner and flexible approach to working
• Strong diplomatic and relationship building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must speak excellent English
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Adapt to any changes in the operating process
• Ability to work under own initiative with minimal supervision
• Ability to deal with multiple enquiries
• A background in mathematics/statistics
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience of Google Analytics, Google Adwords, PowerBi and Dynamics NAV
• Exceptional attention to detail
