Golpik Inc is looking for Junior HR-Executive for its head office located at Shahra e Faisal, Karachi.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Play a vital role in the recruitment needs of an organization.
- Map role criteria define position description and document specifications
- Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
- Assess candidates to ensure qualification match and compatibility
- Review online applications, evaluate qualifications of candidates, conduct prescreen interviews to analyze candidate experience and fit and develop a pool of shortlisted potential candidates.
- Present fully-screened qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner and coordinate interviews.
- Manage candidate interview results and selection decisions with the hiring manager. Provide candidates feedback on interview results as appropriate.
- Conduct telephonic interviews and follow-up references.
- Taking care of overall On-boarding to Off-boarding process
- Liaise between new hires and human resources, ensuring submission of all documentation required.
- Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation the process through to its completion
- Liaison with the managers regarding their hiring needs.
- Maintaining candidate database against every job.
- Research and develop recruiting leads.
