Job Description
1. Periodic set up monitoring of Servers, Operating Systems, Databases, Applications, Middleware servers. Setups for performance tuning to ensure minimal Response Time monitoring system maintenance. Servers & storage hardware selection & maintenance
2. Perform cloning and efficient upgrade of Oracle EBS including patch application, O/S, Oracle Database and Servers.
3. Configuration & monitoring of High Availability Solutions & Disaster Recover to ensure Business Continuity procedures 24/7
4. Ensure timely and reliable data backup and compliance to the Data Backup Policy and Schedule.
5. Setup Administration, Management and monitoring of Virtualization operations.
6. User Management in Oracle EBS and Identity Management environment maintenance & administration
7. Central monitoring, administration & maintenance of Oracle Environment using Oracle Enterprise Manager - Grid Control
8. R & D for indulgence of new technologies or enhancements in the existing areas mentioned above, along with careful testing on test systems before deployment to production environment.
Job Specification
Academic Education: MCS, MIT/BE or equivalent
Technical Qualification: OCP (DBA Track) and preferably OCP (eBusiness Suite Ver. 11 & 12)
Experience (in years): 3-5 Years in Oracle Environment (DB & EBS)
