Job Description
- Provide support to District Program Director including preparing and developing materials for distribution, preparing administrative tools including calendars, schedules and timetable, setting-up meetings, workshops.
- Draft correspondence for issues relating to his/her sphere of duties on behalf of District Program Director.
- Arrange appointments for DPD and set up schedules for official visitors, delegations.
- Responsible to deal with local and national media coverage and media analysis. Will ensure media coverage of program activities when needed.
- Ensure effective coordination with inter program coordination with all components heads for the effective implementation of program activities.
- Ensure coordination with Islamabad Office for program related activities as and when assigned by DPD.
- Coordinate with EDO and other government officials as assigned by DPD.
- Ensure coordination with Cluster Team Leaders for day to day activities.
- Record minutes of meetings and maintain minutes' files for all meetings.
- Maintain an effective filing system for District Program Director for all administrative and correspondence files.
- Maintain soft copies of all official records.
- Composing, typing, generating of compendiums/manuals and other training material.
- Present weekly plans of all three components to District Program Director on weekly basis.
Job Specification
- Master Degree.
- Minimum three to four years of relevant experience in INGOs
- Excellent communication, skills both in written and oral of both English and Urdu languages.
- Strong IT skills. Expert in computers. Should be able to operate various computer packages i.e. Ms. Word, Excel and other packages.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in team setting and under pressure.
