1. Must have Experience in any PHP MVC framework e.g CakePHP, CI, Laraval, YII, Zend etc
2. Must have Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Bootstrap
3. Excellent educational background - GPA must be 3+
4. Excellent OOP concepts
5. Excellent database concepts
6. Excellent javascript/jquery concepts
