Job Description
1. Sr. HR Executive will perform all the HR activities according to the HR policies, procedures and documents.
2.Assist top management in Manpower Planning
3.Responsible for all the recruitment and selection activities.
4.Conduct orientation of new employees at the day of joining.
5. Act as a support agent of line heads in monthly & annual performance management activities.
6.Perform TNA, when required and act as a training coordinator is case of in-house trainings.
7.Prepare training calendars of open enrollment programs and discuss it with top management regarding any nominations.
8. Maintain and update organizational structure.
9. Prepare HR Reports on monthly basis.
10.Develop and maintain the employee files
11.Keep record of attendance and leaves of employees.
12.Act as a liaison for QMS Audits and ensure that relevant documentation is complete.
13.Conduct Internal Audit under the supervision of MR
14.Any Other Tasks related to HR and QMS assigned by Top Management.
Job Specification
Qualification: BBA / MBA (majors in HR), Masters in HRM
Experience: 2 to 3 Year of HR and QMS
Skills: Analytical, People & Administrative
