Job Description
The HR Executive will be responsible for the following areas:
Recruiting and staffing
Performance management
Employee orientation, development, and trainings coordination.
Assisting with employee relations,
Company-wide committee facilitation and participation
Compensation and benefits administration and record keeping;
Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting and services
Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system;
Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
Job Specification
The incumbent should have 2 -3 years of experience in the formulation and development of Change Management & handling of various HR processes like Manpower Planning, recruitment, selection, performance management Compensation & Employee benefits and training & development.
