A well known Web Hosting company is looking for Sales & Support representatives for its local and foreign clients. Proper training would be given regarding webhosting. We require the services of professionals with good interpersonal & communication skills in English to deal with local and foreign clients.

Major Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and prompt client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, Chat, online support system & phone to our local and foreign clients.
• Answer emails and phone calls from potential customers to explain our products and services and promote the advantages of our company versus competitors.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to deal with foreign clients.
• Previous experience of Sales or Customer Services is required
• Candidated having knowledge of domain registration, web Hosting, website, POP3/IMAP Email, Web Server would be preferred.
